Anxiety treatment, depression support, postpartum challenges, marriage issues, divorce recovery, blended families, and grief are all addressed by a licensed professional counselor. In-person appointments are available in Florence, and virtual appointments can be scheduled from anywhere in Alabama.

I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Alabama with over 18 years of experience. My focus is on providing effective anxiety treatment and depression support. I specialize in: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, postpartum anxiety and depression, premarital support, marital challenges, adjustment-related issues, divorce recovery, blended family issues, and grief/bereavement.
You do not have to keep doing this by yourself. I work with men, women, couples, and families who appear capable on the outside but feel broken on the inside. Some are navigating the challenges of a new baby, while others are experiencing anxiety and seeking effective anxiety treatment. Some find themselves in a marriage that feels distant, or in need of depression support. I also help those who are rebuilding after a divorce, blending families, or carrying a loss alone, all with the guidance of a licensed professional counselor.
Most clients use insurance for their mental health needs. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, and BHS for those seeking anxiety treatment or depression support.
If you are not using insurance (Self-Pay):
Initial intake session: $175
Individual, couples, or family session with a licensed professional counselor: $200
Many of my clients, who seek anxiety treatment and depression support, live in Florence, Muscle Shoals, Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Decatur, and the surrounding areas, often consulting with a licensed professional counselor.
